Lots of Love -Killey Return & Exchange Policy

Each Lots of Love -Killey quilt is a labor of love, meticulously handmade and quilted to become a cherished heirloom. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be delighted with your purchase.

We offer returns or exchanges for unused and unwashed quilts within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The quilt must be in its original, new condition, free from any signs of use, washing, pet hair, or odors.

It must be returned securely packaged.

Proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return:

Please email us at killley@lotsoflove-killey.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Upon approval, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. For your peace of mind, we strongly advise using a shipping service with tracking and insurance.

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, minus any original shipping charges. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement after the return has been inspected.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items):

Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Items purchased during a final sale event.

Issues with Craftsmanship or Shipping Damage:

If your quilt arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Attach clear photos of the issue to your email to killey@lotsoflove-killey.com. We will work swiftly to resolve the matter, which may include a repair, replacement, or full refund at our discretion, including any associated shipping costs.
