Thank you for choosing Lots of Love -Killey! We are so excited for your handmade quilt to find its forever home. Each piece is crafted with love and care, and we want to ensure it reaches you safely and efficiently.

1. Order Processing Time

As each quilt is a unique, handmade item, we take great care in preparing your order.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for ready-to-ship quilts typically ship within 1-5 business days after your order is placed.

  • Made-to-Order/Custom Items: For custom or made-to-order quilts, please refer to the specific lead time mentioned in your custom order confirmation. Once completed, these items will ship within 1-5 business days.

    (Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.)

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers to deliver your beautiful quilts. Our primary shipping partners include:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

  • FedEx (Federal Express)

The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be presented to you at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Options typically include:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 3-7 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and begin once the package has been scanned by the carrier, not from the order date. Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier issues, peak seasons).

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of your order, and your shipping address. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track the status and estimated delivery of your package directly on the carrier's website.

5. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to all 50 United States.

6. International Shipping

At this time, Lots of Love -Killey only ships within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

7. Packaging

Your quilt will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, protected from the elements during transit.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows your package as lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at killey@lotsoflove-killey.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work towards a resolution. Please note, we cannot be responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier if you did not receive them (please check with neighbors and your local post office first).

  • Damaged Packages: If your quilt arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging materials and contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery at killey@lotsoflove-killey.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. This will help us process a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

10. Local Pickup (Tipton, Indiana)

We are happy to offer local pickup for customers in the Tipton, Indiana area! If you select 'Local Pickup' at checkout, you will receive an email notification once your order is ready, along with instructions for scheduling a pickup time and location. Please bring your order confirmation with you.
